Established in January, 1985, Trebor Personnel Inc. (TPI) is one of the largest suppliers of industrial staff and truck drivers in Southern Ontario. More recently we have strengthened ourselves in providing technical personnel and office staff. In addition, TPI personnel also provides security personnel and has moved into health care staffing with FlexCare Health Staffing. TPI has seven (7) staffing agency temp agency offices that supply temporary and full time personnel from Toronto in the east to Kitchener in the west.

Our unique cost saving “temporary to permanent” staffing program allows a client to try the individual staff before he/she is hired. Our clients tell us this is the most effective way to hire their permanent staff. This will significantly reduce the time, effort and money you spend to recruit new personnel. Whether TPI is supplying temporary staff, contract staff or permanent employees, we always do our best to ensure the fit is a correct one.

The original staffing agency / temp agency office was based in Mississauga and remains the company’s headquarters.
